Helpful Information

How long can I keep the equipment for?

The prices we quote on our website are for half day hire (6 hours) for collection no later than 8pm. For ‘out of hours’ or additional hours please inquire. If you require a longer-term hire get in touch with our office for pricing information.

Do you charge for delivery, and can I collect?

We do charge for delivery and collection based on distance starting at £20 each way, within the 3 miles of our head office or storage facility.

Do you charge a deposit?

We do take a deposit in order to cover any missing or broken items and this can range from £100 for smaller equipment and from £250 for large equipment. Late collection / pick will be calculated and taken from you deposit.

Can I see the items before hiring them?


Yes, you can request to view items beforehand subject to availability. You will need to make your own travel arrangements to get to us.

Do I need to wash the items before returning?

Larger machines, no. Drinkware & other dinnerware need to be rinsed and scraped of all food/beverages before being returned/collected. Cleaning will usually be calculated in your final quote.

Can I amend my booking?

We require final numbers for your event seven days before your booking, however you can make last minute requests for additional requests up to 48 hours before delivery subject to availability. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us

Are you open on bank holidays? Do you charge extra for bank holidays?

We are not open on bank holidays, so pick up and collection will not usually be available. On these occasions equipment can be hired on a 24-hour basis, please inquire for our bank holiday hire rates. Christmas bookings will attract an additional 25% charge.
